Their technical understanding of the design requirements, and in particular the engineering services, associated with these often complex and varied facilities within multi stakeholder environments has allowed schemes to provide best value and be delivered within strict project budgets.
Senior members of our cost management team have previously worked with a number of public and private sector healthcare providers and delivered a range of healthcare projects in operational environments. This experience includes new hospitals, refurbishments and extension of existing hospital wings, research laboratories, surgeries, pharmacies, and care homes.
Our commercial management team have delivered a number of hotel schemes for Tier 1 building services contractors. Members of our cost management team have previously delivered engineering cost management services on projects ranging from new build town and city centre schemes through to major resort developments.
