We recognise the benefits of training and developing school leavers and are proud of our Trainee Programme which includes a structured mentoring scheme. The Trainee Programme provides continual support to our trainees throughout their degree course and in working towards attaining chartered surveyor status via the RICS APC. Evaluation Consultants is an RICS approved employer for the purposes of the APC and has in place a comprehensive structured training programme led by an experienced team which includes RICS registered APC assessors.
As part of our commitment to the ongoing professional development of our staff we have developed an internal Performance Review & Development programme. As well as monitoring performance, the main aim of this programme is to allow us to support our staff by providing individual development plans that suit their levels of experience and career ambitions. To allow our teams to be equipped with the latest skills and knowledge, we actively encourage and support ongoing professional development. We hold bi-monthly CPD sessions hosted by internal and external presenters, issue regular hot-topic briefings, encourage attendance at relevant external seminars and workshops and provide access to a library of current technical material.
